This Payment Policy explains how payments for cruise tickets are handled on Navadacruise.com ("Navadacruise.com", "we", "us" or "our"), with its office at A 301, Shalimar Morya Park, New Link Road, 3rd Floor, Andheri West, Mumbai – 400053. It should be read together with our Terms & Conditions and Refund Policy.
1. Overview
Payments for cruise bookings are made in Indian Rupees (INR) and are processed by third-party payment gateway partners. We act as a booking intermediary, and the fare collected is for the cruise service provided by the relevant operator.
2. Accepted Payment Methods
- You can pay using the options shown at checkout, which may include UPI, debit and credit cards, net banking and wallets.
- Available options may vary by route, cruise operator and payment partner, and may change from time to time.
3. Fares, Fees & Taxes
- Cruise fares are set by the relevant cruise operator and may change until your booking is confirmed.
- A convenience fee, where applicable, is clearly disclosed before you confirm payment.
- Applicable taxes, where required by law, are shown as part of the total amount payable.
- The final amount you pay is always displayed on the payment page before you complete the transaction.
4. How Payment Works
- Review your route, date, passenger details and fare, then choose a payment method.
- You are taken to our payment partner's secure page to complete the transaction. Your bank may ask for extra authentication, such as an OTP.
- Your booking is confirmed only after the payment succeeds and the cruise operator confirms your seat.
- Once confirmed, your e-ticket and booking details are sent to the email address or mobile number you provided.
5. Payment Security
Payments are processed through secure third-party payment partners. We do not store full card numbers, CVV or banking passwords on our servers. However, no method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
6. Failed or Duplicate Transactions
- If money is deducted but your booking is not confirmed, the amount is reversed to your original payment method by the payment partner or your bank.
- If you are charged more than once for the same booking, contact us with your transaction details and we will help get the extra amount refunded.
- Keep your transaction reference number and a screenshot of the payment confirmation until the issue is resolved.
7. Unauthorised & Fraudulent Transactions
You must not use fraudulent, stolen or unauthorised payment instruments on the Platform. Navadacruise.com may cancel bookings made with such instruments and cooperate with banks, payment partners and authorities. If you notice a transaction you did not authorise, report it to your bank and to us immediately.
8. Payment Disputes
If you have a concern about a charge, contact our support team with your booking reference and transaction details. We will work with the ferry operator and the payment partner to look into it and resolve it.
9. Refunds
Refunds for cancelled or unused bookings are governed by our Refund Policy.
10. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Payment Policy from time to time. The updated policy will be posted on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date.
